Actor Shia LaBeouf is reportedly looking to evict his aunt from her Manhattan apartment in a bid to collect on a $1 million loan.

The Transformers star and his mother sued his uncle Barry Saide in 2013, accusing him of reneging on a deal to pay back the loan in installments that began in January 2011.

Saide hit back at the legal action with a counter suit, revealing he allegedly loaned the pair money before the actor made it big and claimed that LaBeouf was trying to bankrupt him.

The two sides were unable to reach a private settlement and a New York judge ruled in LaBeouf’s favor and ordered Saide to pay $1 million in interest and fees in 2014.

Now, the 29-year-old is looking to collect the funds and wants his aunt’s $2.5 million apartment as payment. Sharon Saide insisted the condo was bought with her inheritance money and she is the sole owner of the property, according to the New York Post.
