Rap mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs rang in 2016 in style with a lavish party at his Star Island mansion in Miami Beach, Florida.

The hip-hop entrepreneur welcomed Laverne Cox, The Weeknd, Amber Rose, Rita Ora, and Taraji P. Henson, among others, to his home after helping Pitbull close out his first televised New Year’s Eve spectacular nearby.

Combs’ Ciroc vodka was flowing and guests sipped the specially-concocted Midnight Kiss cocktail, which featured Ciroc, Champagne and apple juice. The host also hired basketball star Dwyane Wade’s personal chef to cook up breakfast at 3am.

Hours earlier, Combs brought Puff Daddy & the Family back together for a surprise performance at Pitbull’s New Year’s Revolution show in Miami. He thrilled fans with “Bad Boys For Life” before teaming up with rapper Ma$e for “Can’t Hold Me Down.” Just when Pitbull’s audience thought the night couldn’t get any better, Combs introduced Busta Rhymes and the two rap icons crushed versions of “Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Could See” and “Pass the Courvoisier, Part II.”

Pitbull’s inaugural New Year’s Eve spectacular, co-hosted by radio personality Wendy Williams and actor Terry Crews, also featured show-stopping performances from Prince Royce, Earth, Wind & Fire, Yandel, Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello, Pia Mia, Yazz & Timbalake, Christina Milian, Jordin Sparks, and Austin Mahone.

Pitbull counted down to 2016 after telling fans, “It’s an honor and what a dream come true to be in front of the city that made me who I am, and to be able to do this kinda show for y’all…”
