Kim Kardashian and her family have reportedly been offered more than $100 million to make their big screen debut.

The news was reportedly confirmed this week to the Kardashians biographer, New York Times best-selling author Ian Halperin, by a top film executive, according to editors at The Sun.

So far, details of the story line are top secret, but it’s rumored the movie will be shot in Los Angeles and New York. Kim Kardashian and family, who have cleaned up in television and fashion, could now be set to conquer the movie business with their own movie franchise which is sure to prove their biggest money-spinner.

Unsurprisingly, Halperin claims the family is “very interested about graduating to the big screen.”

Halperin, the author of book Kardashian Dynasty: The Controversial Rise of America’s Royal Family, told the publication: “A top Hollywood studio executive told me today that his major studio intends to make a huge offer to the Kardashian family to star in a feature-length film. The studio’s research showed the Kardashians could become the highest TV show-turned-movie ever.”

The film companies research allegedly revealed a Kardashian movie would pull in profits double that of the first Sex and the City movie which earned $500 million worldwide.

Since launching on E! in 2007, Keeping Up With The Kardashians has become one of TV’s most successful reality shows.

The family regularly rubs shoulders with the A-list stars with Kim Kardashian recently attending Vogue 100’s gala dinner in London, and it’s expected that several major A-listers will make cameos.
