Eagles of Death Metal co-founder Josh Homme is raising funds to aid the victims and families of those affected by the terror attacks that hit Paris, France on Friday.

Homme, who still occasionally drums for the band, was horrified when armed terrorists stormed the Bataclan theater during the group’s Paris concert, opening fire and killing almost 90 people.

The attack on the popular venue was one of many that gripped the French capital, claiming a total of 129 lives.

Now Homme is asking fans all around the world to donate money to the victims and their families through his charity, the Sweet Stuff Foundation. He founded the organization in 2013 to give assistance to career musicians and their families struggling with illness and disability.

Homme was not on tour with the group at the time of the Paris incident.

The Queens of the Stone Age frontman formed the Eagles of Death Metal in 1998 with Jesse Hughes.
