The Kick-Ass star has been unveiled as one of the guest speakers at next week’s political gathering in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and she proudly shared the news with fans on her Instagram page on Wednesday.

“#ImWithHer,” Moretz declared, as she shared a photo of herself standing beside the former Secretary of State.

“I am so happy to announce I will be speaking At the democratic national convention!” the 19-year-old continued. “Going to be such a beautiful historic day and I can’t believe I have the immense honor of being part of it. Thank you @hillaryclinton!”

Moretz won’t be the only celebrity supporter in attendance – also expected to make appearances are stars including Alicia Keys and Katy Perry, while Lady Gaga and Lenny Kravitz will headline a Democratic National Convention concert in nearby New Jersey on July 28, hours before Clinton is expected to formally accept the Democratic Party’s nomination for president.

Moretz has been outspoken in her backing for Clinton’s campaign for months, after publicly endorsing Clinton over fellow Democrat Bernie Sanders in May.

She also used the opportunity to slam rival Republican candidate Donald Trump, claiming the property tycoon and former Celebrity Apprentice star’s success so far “shows that America is a completely reality TV-driven world.”

She went on to state that the fact so many people are rallying behind Trump highlights a big problem in America.

“We have had this underlying amount of sexism and racism that we thought was dormant, but in reality, (it) was this aggressively cancerous thing that has now somehow come to an uprising,” she added.

“We are at a real contrast between someone who is very progressive and someone who is very regressive and I think it’s a generation that doesn’t really stand for the grey line anymore. We can’t just settle for mediocre; we have to stand up for what we really want. Donald Trump is a joke for America, it makes us look silly.”
